Karen Martin is lauded as one of the most energetic and progressive industry leaders of her generation. After becoming CEO of BBH in 2020, right at the beginning of the pandemic, she led the agency to step up as a strong supportive partner to clients, communities and its people. Karen was named Campaign’s Agency Leader of the Year 2023.
Before BBH, Karen spent 14 years in Australia’s ad industry. She was Managing Director of Host Sydney where she ran the agency’s largest account, Bankwest, and won and ran Pizza Hut and Lion Beverages. Prior to Host, Karen worked at BMF (B&T’s Australian Agency of the Decade) as a key member of its Account Management team. In her time over there, she developed some of the most awarded work in the category.
She champions the mental health, wellbeing, growth and professional development of the team at BBH, alongside delivering market-leading effectiveness for clients. Karen’s stellar stewardship through the toughest of market conditions resulted in BBH winning the Marketing Week Masters Agency of the Year and IPA Effectiveness Company of the Year in 2023.

Marcos leads BBH Dublin’s creative output to produce iconic work that has lasting drives innovative, culturally relevant work that builds our clients’ brands.
He brings global experience and exceptional creative pedigree to the table with 20 years of experience working in the creative sector. Prior to joining BBH he co-founded Jung von Matt London and has worked across major agencies Mother, Oglivy and DDB.
Marcos has won 42 awards including 13 Cannes Lions, six D&AD pencils.

Amy Crowe was employee number two at BBH Dublin and played a pivotal role in growing BBH Dublin from the beginning in 2022. She leads the team across Tesco Ireland, Tesco Mobile Ireland, Monzo and Barnardos Ireland.
Prior to moving back to Dublin, Amy spent 10 years in London beginning her career at BBH London on the global British Airways account. She then spent 6 years working at Mother across various accounts including Boots, Samsung, innocent drinks and Essity.
Under her leadership, BBH Dublin has won a range of awards including the Kinsale Agency of the Year 2025, 10 Shark Awards and three awards from the The Institute of Creative Advertising and Design.

David Lynch is an award-winning producer leading across production across BBH Dublin’s portfolio to elevate creative output with high-quality, impactful work.
David began his career in advertising at BBH London, where he produced era-defining work such as the Cannes Lions-winning Audi “Clowns” and Simba “Made For Peace”. After his initial time at BBH, he took on new challenges, including a notable run as Executive Producer at Droga5 Dublin, where he delivered the globally celebrated Lego campaign, “Play Is Your Superpower.”

Darius is a highly awarded strategist known for crafting innovative, award-winning brand strategies including Paddy Power’s ‘A Shirt’s Not Just For Christmas, It’s For Life’.
At BBH Dublin, Darius leads the strategic development for Tesco Ireland, Monzo Ireland, and Paddy Power across the UK and Ireland. During his time at the agency, BBH Dublin has been named Kinsale Agency of the Year 2025, with Paddy Power campaigns winning The Drum Awards, British Arrows, and APG and Marketing Week Awards.
Prior to this, Darius has overseen the brand strategy for some of the leading brands including AIB, Electric Ireland, Pernod Ricard, Visa, and Kerry Foods. He is also an effectiveness awarded strategist that has judged the Effies in Ireland, Best of the Best, and UK Effies. In his spare time, he is a fine art painter.
