Christine was part of the founding team of BBH Asia Pacific, the first offshore office in Singapore as Media Director and General Manager where she handled regional business for clients including Levi’s, Johnnie Walker, Unilever, Coca-Cola and TNT China.
Christine relocated to Shanghai to set up BBH China in 2005, working with brands such as Unilever (Axe), Perfetti Van Melle (Alpenliebe, Mentos), Sephora, Audi, Tencent and OPPO. Christine was awarded the Top Ten entrepreneur Award by the government backed Harmonious Awards in China resulting in being the first Advertising Executive to be featured on a Chinese stamp. Most recently, she was named one of the Women to Watch in China by Ad Age International.

A multi-lingual Armenian-Canadian from Montreal, Arto Hampartsoumian has spent the last 25 years in the advertising industry in Asia. Prior to joining BBH to spearhead its China hub, Arto was Managing Director at Wieden+Kennedy in Japan from 2001 where he helped found and drove the successful Record Label for the Agency (WKTokyoLab) in 2002.
Arto started his career with O&M in Hong Kong, and included stints in Singapore and Hong Kong for BBDO where he was responsible for running accounts such as FedEx, ICI, Pepsi, Visa, and Allianz across 11 countries in Asia.
Arto joined BBH in October 2005 and has led key accounts past and present, including Google, TCCC, Samsung, LG, Harbin, Martell and Johnnie Walker.

In 2002 Kelly joined BBH Singapore working on regional brands such as Unilever Refresh, Johnnie Walker, Levis, Lynx, Coke and Nestea. She moved to Shanghai in 2005, as part of the start-up team at BBH China and was promoted to CCO in 2019.
At BBH China Kelly has driven creative work to be exported to the global market for brands like LG, Sprite and Samsung whilst leading multinational accounts: Audi, Google, Sephora to Axe, FedEx, Shangri-La, and Bose. She has won multiple awards in D&AD, The Effies, One Show, Cannes and Spikes.
In her non-work life, Kelly is the other half of a DJ collective, Rehab, playing music festivals around China. She also co-owns a successful Shanghai club, Elevator.

Business Director Managing Partner
Joanne is the Managing Partner of Blacksheep Studios (a content division of BBH China). Driving brands such as Citibank, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Diageo, Sephora, LG, Samsung, Dulux, Ikea at JWT, Y&R and finally BBH.
Joanne joined BBH Singapore in 2003, and moved to Shanghai in 2005 to help set up BBH China. In 2009 she was seconded to Korea to lead the LG business, before moving back to Shanghai in 2011 to lead Samsung as well as setting up Blacksheep Studios and Blacksheep Design.
In her leisure time, Joanne pursues her passion for Photography, and is an accredited as a lifelong explorer by National Geographic.
Joanne is fluent in English and Mandarin, and she taught herself Korean (certified level 3).

Chief Strategy Officer
Siyuan has over 15 years of planning experience. Prior to joining BBH Shanghai, he worked at Ogilvy & Mather London, Saatchi & Saatchi London, Fallon London, TBWA Singapore, Ignition Factory and Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore.
Siyuan believes strategy is the creative work before the creative work, and its primary goal is to ensure the work really works. He’s a hybrid strategist who’s well-versed in classical brand planning and end-to-end engagement planning. He has worked for a variety of brands such as Airbnb, Cadbury, Google, OPPO, Coke Red, Haagen-Dazs, Audi, Yong He King, Guinness, Tiger Beer, Harbin Beer, Tencent, Singapore Airlines, Hilton and British Airways.
Outside advertising, Siyuan enjoys photography, documentary film-making and rock-climbing.
