Gender Pay Gap
BBH London 2024

At BBH we believe in creating a diverse and gender balanced workforce and culture. A workforce that not only reflects the consumers we communicate with, but also one that brings difference into the workplace every single day.

In April 2017, new legislation came into force requiring all UK companies with 250 or more employees to report their gender pay gap information.

The gender pay gap is the difference in average pay between men and women in an organisation. The pay gap is different from equal pay, which is defined as “the right for men and women to be paid the same when doing the same, or equivalent, work” (Equality Act, 2010).
