The BBH Project Manager is responsible for the proactive management of the internal agency process through all stages of any project – forward planning, strategic development, creative development and production. The Project Manager contributes to the agency’s ability to deliver client satisfaction by ensuring each project is staffed correctly and delivered on time and to the highest possible standard for the agreed budget. They must play a client-facing role, responsible for possessing an intimate knowledge of the client’s process for approving work thus helping manage the agency work accordingly.
People and Relationship Management
A minimum of 2+ years of project management experience, preferably from a traditional advertising agency setting, but CRM / Direct Mail experience is a plus.
Solutions-oriented, always has solution in mind when managing up.
Seen as an expert in process and time management in client-facing relationship.
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once.
A self-starter who is curious.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Cool, calm, collected and collaborative.
Strong understanding of print, digital and broadcast production.
Strong sense of design and experience with industry leading creative output.
Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Google Apps.
Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
PM certification is a plus.
