Based in the heart of Soho, BBH London is a vibrant hub of creativity, where the Black Sheep was first born. Today we are home to over 400 BBHers across our different specialisms, all connected by one culture.
There is no "one size fits all" at BBH. We believe in the power of difference to make a difference. If you surprise people, then they’ll sit up. If you speak a different language to everyone else, then they’ll listen. If you craft your message with love and originality, then that message will land harder. If you give people something useful that makes their lives a little bit better, then they’ll thank you. Everything we do is born out of the pursuit of difference. We fill our building with people who are different. We like to work with people who are different.
Our enduring commitment to difference is best embodied by The Black Sheep. It represents our businesses, our culture, and the people who work here.
Our Homegrown scheme gives people the opportunity to experience life in a large creative agency, across three main disciplines: account management, strategy and production. Our interns can choose to spend their time in one or several departments, depending on their interest.
The scheme runs quarterly, for three months at a time, and we take four candidates for each intake. If you make it onto our scheme, you’re paid the London Living Wage, and although there’s no guarantee of a permanent position at the end of the intake, you are well placed for any opportunities that arise within the building.
The process to apply includes an application form, an interview for those applications that stand out, and an assessment day for those shortlisted from interview. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we’re unfortunately unable to reply individually to those not shortlisted for interview or the assessment day.
Please note that Homegrown is not a creative intake. If you are interested in creative or design, please apply for Barn.
