Account Executives are the foundations of our account teams. They create an effective working environment without which the teams and the agency cannot function.
They are the person the team looks to get stuff sorted – to get everyone in the right place at the right time, to be that supportive crutch for their teams, to know what’s going on and to be one step ahead.
This requires optimism and enthusiasm, speed and reliability, an obsessive attention to detail and the confidence to take the initiative.
The Account Executive is a true apprentice – learning by doing, but also observing and assimilating the very best practice of the people around them, and asking questions to progress from executing to managing.
The second string to the Account Executive’s bow is assisting the Content Manager. They will help oversee the production and publishing of engaging content on the clients’ website. Working with the client briefs you will assist in the planning and execution of a variety of tasks that will be launched across the website in a timely manner. They will become a gate keeper for the website by becoming a knowledge hub for how the site works and the components available. Working with the Content Manager the content will be best in class and provide an optimum experience for customer across all devices.

The Content
• Assist the content manager with various key updates to the client’s website through a Content Management System (CMS).
• Make sure the site is kept up to date with best practice principles – load speeds, file sizes, SEO and adheres to the design and brand guidelines.
• Attention to detail is key when testing all content changes across devices and browsers.
