Peonies

Lux launched a new shampoo, which boasted peonies as the main ingredient. We created a 360 activation campaign based on the cultural importance of peonies to the Chinese women and its inextricable link to the product. The campaign featuring the beautiful Shu Qi as the spokesperson defied the status quo and category norms of hair campaigns by shooting black hair on a black background. The Lux Peonies campaign became one of the most memorable print campaigns for the Lux Brand in China.
