Dulux: Ambiance

As China’s middle class continues to grow at impressive rates, they are becoming increasingly demanding when it comes to home aesthetics and decoration.

Capitalising on the trend, Dulux launched its premium product range Ambiance to cater to this increasingly design-conscious audience in 2013.

However, in China awareness of Dulux Ambiance remained low. There was a need to strengthen the perception of Ambiance as a stylish and premium option of paint, suited for more demanding and sophisticated consumers.

To convey that message and awareness, Dulux launch the campaign “Him+Her” – dedicated to bringing out the message of sophistication through visual stories of couples who have to compromise as they accent their perfect home in reflection of their decorative ambitions.

The message was simple: “Ambiance enables you to merge styles and live beautifully”.
