BBH is seeking a high performing, highly motivated and digitally experienced Account Supervisor to join its Account Management team in New York. The ideal candidate has previous digital account management or production experience in an interactive agency, digital media company or startup environment. This is a tremendous, hands-on opportunity to help drive the digital direction and performance of both leading and upstart brands with a super talented, close-knit team of strategists, producers, designers and developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all AAM/AM output and ensure they are getting the guidance they need to learn and grow in their role
  • Help develop the scope of work and ensure the full team is aware of the SOW details – manage scope creep and anticipate scope creep when Clients ask for additional items
  • Help to manage agency profitability by staying very close to the sow and CM, alerting teams when time is off from plan
  • Lead larger scale projects/productions with minimal oversight from supervisor
  • Lead a project without an AD and report into a GAD/BD
  • Keep track of all projects AAM/AM are leading and support them when needed; play a hands-on, active role in ensuring all projects are executed on time and accurately
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to drive revenue and growth
  • Establish core relationships with internal team, mid to senior level clients, and partner agencies
  • Partner with strategy team to fill in blanks with category and client insights for creative and brand briefs
  • Work with the client to manage feedback, refinements and bug-tracking through design and production reviews as well as final QA and launch
  • Support the development of platform documentation and CMS training materials for post-launch handoff
  • Analyze campaign, project and financial performance and identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Participate in new business without sacrificing day to day work
  • Help to carve out opportunIties to drive growth on businesses
  • Comfortably manage the full agency team (cross departments) with authority in a way that is motivating
  • Execute implementation of tactical marketing plans to achieve Client’s marketing comms strategies and business objectives
  • Be part of, and help to strengthen, agency culture

Skills/Experience Required

  • 3-5 years of work experience at a digital agency, digital media company or startup in a client-facing account management role
  • Experience working with creative, development and production teams to manage large, complex digital projects and campaigns across web, mobile and social channels
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for new ideas, developments and trends in digital – new platforms, products, channels, media and businesses
  • Superior organization, communication and presentation skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Proactive, hands-on, team-oriented, solution-focused approach
